From time to time, the Board of Trustees passes Resolutions, which supplement the Associations existing By-Laws. Since the Resolutions are in the same spirit and intent as the By-Laws, they are not considered admendments.

The naming convention on resolutions is the first two digits before the dash represent the year in which the Resolution was passed, and the two digits after the dash sequence the Resolutions in a given year beginning with "01" and counting up as necessary.

Resolutions must receive an affirmative vote by a majority of the board for formal adoption. Unless there is an adoption date following the resolution, it is unclear as to whether that particular resolution was officially adopted. There is an on-going project to locate the official adoption motions in the minutes for all these resolutions.
