RESOLUTION NO. 91-2
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Society Hill at Piscataway Condominium Association Inc., are cognizant of the requirement that all homeowner’s are responsible for the payment of their proportionate part of the common expenses as assessed against each unit owner and provided for in the Master Deed, The Certificate of Incorporation an the Bylaws of the Condominium Association; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors is of the opinion that all members of the Board shall act as model members of the Condominium Association; and
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that any member of the Board of Directors who is in arrears with respect to the payment of his or her payment of his or her proportionate share of the common expenses is not acting as a “model member” of the Association; and
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that it is the interest of the Condominium Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved as follows:
1. Any member of the Board of Directors of Society Hill at Piscataway Condominium who is in arrears to the Association by having failed to make a timely payment of his or her proportionate share of the common expense within forty-five (45) days after the scheduled date of the said payment, shall be prohibited from serving as a Board member during the period of time that such payment remains in arrears. Such Board member’s shall be further prohibited from voting on any matters before the Board during this period suspension.
