AMENDED RESOLUTION NO. 98-10
WAIVER OF CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FEES FOR FORMER BOARD MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Society Hill at Piscataway Condominium Association Inc. seeks to encourage participation on the Board of Trustees as well as the various Committees formed on behalf of the Association; and
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that the waiver of clubhouse rental fees will serve an inducement to members of the Association to consider running for a position on the Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that once a member of the Board of Trustees has served for a period of at least three (3) years on the Board, then by virtue of the time and effort which he/she has contributed to the Association, ht/she should be entitled to the use of the Association’s clubhouse facilities without the necessity of paying any rental fees for use of the same;
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that such waiver of rental fees should be limited to one(1) time per calendar year;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows:
1. Any member of the Association who has served as a member of the Board of Trustees for a period of at least three (3) years and who is current in the payment of all monthly maintenance fees assessed by the Association and who currently resides within the Society Hill complex or also serves as an active participant on a committee recognized by the Board of Trustees shall be entitles to the use of the clubhouse facilities without the necessity of payment of any rental charge for the same.
2. Such waiver of rental fees shall be limited to one (1) time per calendar year.
